Let me first of all start off with saying that to get a good video picture for any performance, please NEVER USE A WEB CAM. It produces a picture of low quality with choppy movements and unsynchronized voice to lip movements as proven from this video. If you want to make a good impression, invest in a video camera. Randi’s voice didn’t help much in distracting the audience from the poor quality of the video. It was unimpressive. And the music can hardly be heard. It was as if she was singing acappella. It was pretty boring especially when she repeated the same words over and over in the chorus in the same tone of voice.

He Could Be The One is a song by Miley Cyrus that was featured in one of Hannah Montana’s episode of the same name about a boy named Jake that she’s been dating but has been keeping it from her father. The song depicted her feelings of uncertainty about whether Jake is “the one” for her. In this episode, she was also forced to choose between Jake and her bad boy band mate Jesse but her dilemma was resolved after watching a video of her mother and she picked Jake. This was an extra special episode which ran for 50 minutes instead of the usual 23 minutes.

Miley Cyrus has been well-known for her country rock voice. And most of her songs have that upbeat rhythm that is well-liked by many teenagers. One can listen to her Best Of Both World song and feel the up tempo and upbeat rhythm of the song to dance along with. Randi’s rendition of He Could Be The One is far from being upbeat and was pretty unlistenable.
